Are FIELD DAY Canned Beans soaked or pressure cooked?

All of FIELD DAY's Canned Beans are soaked prior to cooking, however, length and time varies based on the beginning moisture of the bean, water temperature, and type of bean. The beans are then tested during the soak process to achieve the desired moisture before canning. After soaking, the beans are cooked at a high temperature and pressure for 12 minutes.
