FIELD DAY Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of three main Spanish varieties – Arbequina, Cornicabra, and Picual. All are harvested in Spain. This blend creates a multipurpose oil that is good for both cooking and finishing as it has a balanced flavor that will not mask other ingredients.
After the olives are harvested, they are washed to remove debris and crushed within 24 hours to ensure the highest-grade oils are produced. Absolutely no chemicals, solvents, deodorizers, or heat are used in the processing to ensure the oil retains all of the olives’ natural health benefits.
Every lot code of FIELD DAY Extra Virgin Olive Oil is analyzed to ensure there has been no adulteration in the finished product in order to comply with the European Union regulations. This ensures that the olive oil is 100% pure and not blended with any other oils that may be of a lower quality or chemically refined.
