Is the FIELD DAY Apple Cider Vinegar raw and does it contain “the mother”?

FIELD DAY Apple Cider Vinegar does not contain the mother. The vinegar still contains enzyme (acetobacter) after pasteurization. Pasteurization does not kill it completely, but definitely slows down the process. Some of the probiotics are broken down but not all. Unfiltered, pasteurized, vinegar will still have some of the mother but is much more shelf stable than the raw.
